We extract your guests, reservations, charges, and unit assignments from the Guest Tracker format. We clean duplicates, fix encoding issues, and map fields to Outfttr's schema.
We load the data into your Outfttr account and give you time to review. Search for guests, check booking histories, verify charges. Make sure everything looks right.
Once you're satisfied, you're live. Your full guest history is in Outfttr — searchable, reportable, and connected to every future booking.
Guest Tracker's database format dates back to the 1990s. Extracting data from it requires specialized tooling and hands-on work. We've built the pipeline and done it ourselves — but every database has its quirks.

If your data is in spreadsheets, CSV files, or another format, Outfttr has a built-in CSV import tool. Upload your guest list, map the columns, and import — no migration service needed.
The CSV importer is included free with every Outfttr plan. Import guests with names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and notes. Your booking history can be added after import.
Your Guest Tracker file is used only for migration into your Outfttr account. It's deleted from our systems after migration is complete. We never share, sell, or access your guest data for any other purpose.
