By accessing or using Outfttr ("the Service"), operated by nVision Technology, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Outfttr is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing lodges, outfitters, resorts, and retreat operations. The Service includes occupancy management, guest management, billing, reporting, and related tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
You retain all rights to data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
Upon cancellation, Your Data will be retained for 90 days. After that period, it may be permanently deleted. You may request a data export at any time during your subscription.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nVision Technology, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
